Minister Elia (pronounced ee-lah) Ferrell-Nicholas is a 1994 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center (Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, USA). She served at Kenneth Copeland Ministries and Eagle Mountain International Church (Fort Worth, Texas, USA) as a prayer leader and an altar prayer minister for seven years. Licensed with the Rhema Ministerial Association International, Elia began a full-time traveling ministry. With a vision of touching the very heart of God for every nation, she embarked on her first international conference reaching the people of Brazil. Elia, well-known as a spearhead prayer warrior, assisted Rhema Brazil/Verbo Da Vida to establish powerhouse prayer schools throughout the nation. For 20 years, Elia expanded her prayer ministry throughout many South American countries, Kenya, Canada and majority of the United States. In 2021, Minister Elia Ferrell-Nicholas became the founder of People Upholding God's Heart (P.U.G.H.) International Ministries. The Lord has commissioned Elia to be a voice in a hungry world, where the outpouring of God's Spirit is great and the destiny of nations is fulfilled.

People Upholding God's Heart (P.U.G.H.) International Ministries sees the nations of the world through the eyes of God. Our vision is to fulfill Matthew 28:19 by going into all the World, every nation, tribe and tongue, to be a voice and example of God’s love and faithfulness through prayer and ministry.
